Your audit starts the moment we have access. Follow the steps below to grant
read-only access to your ad accounts — it takes less than 5 minutes and you

Grant Access — Select Your Platform
Go to Meta Business Suite
You'll need to be logged in as an admin of your Business account
- Go to business.facebook.com
- Make sure you're in the correct Business Account (top left dropdown)
- Click Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
💡 If you manage multiple businesses, double-check you're in the right one before continuing.
Open Ad Account Settings
Navigate to your Ad Accounts section
- In the left sidebar under Accounts , click Ad Accounts
- Select the ad account you want audited
- Click Add People
Add Translate Culture as a Partner
Use our Business ID to add us with Analyst access only
- Click Assign Partner (not "Add People")
- Enter our Business ID: [ YOUR TC BUSINESS ID ]
- Under Role, select Analyst — this is read-only, we cannot spend or change anything
- Click Confirm
💡 Analyst access means we can VIEW your campaigns, results and audience data — but cannot create, edit or spend anything. You're in full control.

- We'll confirm receipt within 4 business hours and begin your audit
Sign in to Google Ads
Log in as an admin of the account you want audited
- Go to ads.google.com
- Make sure you're in the correct Google Ads account (top bar dropdown)
Go to Account Access & Security
Find the access management section in your settings
- Click the Admin icon (wrench/tools) in the top right
- Under Setup, click Access and security
- Click the blue + button to invite a user
Invite Translate Culture with Read Only access
Enter our email and select the correct permission level
- Enter our email: audits@translateculture.co
- Under Access Level, select Read only
- Click Send invitation
💡 Read only means we can see your campaigns, spend, and performance data — but cannot make any changes or spend any budget.
